These terms cover your use of Unlisted ("we", "the service") during the invite-only beta. By using the service, you agree to them. Questions: hello@seattleteamevents.com.

The beta

Access is by invitation and free of charge. The service is still being built: features may change, and we may pause or end the beta or an account at any time. It's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

What the agent does, and what you decide

• The agent finds venues, drafts emails, reads replies and compares quotes. You approve each email before it's sent, and you're cc'd on it.
• Quotes, availability and terms come from the venues. We don't guarantee any price, availability or outcome, and a quote isn't a booking until you confirm it with the venue.
• Any booking or payment is between you and the venue. We don't book or pay on your behalf.
• AI can make mistakes. Check the details, especially prices, dates and deposits, before you commit.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for real events you're planning.
• Don't use it to send spam, harass anyone, or mislead venues.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the service's security.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what venues do or don't do. Because the beta is free, our total liability is limited to US$100.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
