Privacy
Unlisted ("we") is an AI agent that helps event planners book team events. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: hello@seattleteamevents.com.
This website
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ads or trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and time) for security and operations.
Planners (beta users)
- Account: your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time code.
- Events: the briefs you write (date, headcount, location, budget, preferences), the venues on your shortlist, and the agent's activity log.
- Emails: the emails the agent sends for you and the replies venues send back, so the agent can read quotes and you can see the thread.
Venues
We use business information that venues publish: listings from Google Maps and the events or contact email on the venue's own website. We store the emails we exchange with a venue as part of the planner's event. We don't add venues to mailing lists or send marketing.
How we use it
- To run the service: find venues, draft and send emails you approve, read replies and compare quotes.
- To keep it safe and working: security checks, abuse prevention and fixing problems.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Data is stored and processed on Amazon Web Services in the United States. AI drafting and reading run on Amazon Bedrock, and we don't use your content to train AI models. Venue search uses the Google Maps Platform. Emails are delivered by Amazon SES.
Retention and your choices
- You can delete an event at any time; this removes it from your workspace. We keep a minimal record of actions taken (who did what, when) for security.
- Raw copies of received emails are deleted automatically after 90 days; the message text stays with the event until you delete it.
- To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, email hello@seattleteamevents.com.
- Venues can ask us to stop contacting them at the same address.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and tell beta users about material changes by email.
